Our Story

My name is Sanchali Banerjee, and I am the founder and Executive Director of NaturAlly. My interest in the preservation of wildlife, ecological balance, and clean air and water originated from being intrigued with ways to conserve certain endangered species, such as giant pandas, from a young age. I learned that the main cause of many species becoming endangered involved deforestation, which led me to more deeply understand the need for conserving the environment and learning about its impact on ecology and human lives. I started NaturAlly to spread awareness about environmental conservation and create a community of individuals who are passionate about the cause. Whether on a small or large scale, I prioritize collaboration and cooperation of individuals with diverse backgrounds and am excited by the change we can make for our environment together.
